Lonnie Johnson (1899-1970) was one of the most influential blues musicians of the 1920’s and 1930’s. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and died in Toronto, Ontario.

B.B. King cited Lonnie Johnson as a major influence on blues guitar.
